The automatic lifting tilting feeder adopts a spliced modular framework structure, integrating robust base supports, vertical load-bearing columns, precision lifting drive parts and automatic tilting assemblies to form a complete reliable material conveying system. Before feeding procedures start, special locking hardware securely fixes the cone-shaped hopper, which realizes accurate matching with the material bins matched on fluid bed granulators and fluid bed dryers.
The locked hopper rises to preset working heights via one-touch automated control. After finishing height positioning, the automatic flipping mechanism rotates the hopper by 180° and unlocks the fixed brake. Operators can adjust the horizontal position of supporting columns to achieve accurate docking with downstream processing equipment. Afterwards, the hopper falls back to the standard working position, and the pneumatic butterfly valve opens to provide uninterrupted, stable raw material supply for subsequent production links.
