Fixed Lifting Material Transferring Machine For Fluidized Bed Granulator Docking In Pharma

The machine mainly consists of a chassis, upright column, lifting system and turnover system.

During operation, the conical hopper is locked to the silo of the fluid bed granulator or fluid bed dryer.

Press the lifting button to raise the silo, then activate the turnover button to rotate the silo 180° and release the brake.

Swing the column horizontally to the required process position, lower the silo to the working height, and open the butterfly valve to transfer materials to the next process.
