Hopper Lifting Charging Machine Lifting Fork Design For Multi-Specification Hopper Handling

This machine mainly consists of a base frame, vertical support column, lifting system and other core components. During operation, first push the material-filled hopper into the lifting forks of the hopper elevator, then activate the lifting button to raise the hopper upward automatically. Once the hopper reaches the designated position, rotate the base to form a sealed connection with the feeding equipment. Open the discharge butterfly valve, and the materials can be transferred fully enclosed to the next production process.

The machine housing is constructed from austenitic stainless steel, featuring a seamless design with no sanitary dead corners or uneven surfaces. Its smooth exterior allows effortless cleaning and full sanitation compliance.

Manufactured from high‑grade SUS304 or SUS316L austenitic stainless steel, the mixing hopper delivers an ultra‑smooth inner wall with optimized surface roughness. Fitted with a precision discharge butterfly valve, it ensures residue‑free discharging, eliminates dead zones, and enables thorough cleaning after every batch.

The unit can connect seamlessly to downstream processing equipment via customized flexible hoses, and optional automatic discharge valves are available upon request to support automated material transfer.
