Fixed Lifting Feeder Closed Material Transfer GMP For Clean Room Workshop

The machine is primarily composed of a chassis, vertical column, lifting system, and tilting mechanism. During operation, the conical bucket is first securely locked with the bucket fixture, followed by activating the lifting button to raise the bucket to the designated position. Once the lifting process is completed, start the tilting button to invert the bucket by 180 degrees. Rotate the vertical column to form a sealed connection with the downstream feeding equipment, then open the discharge butterfly valve to realize closed-loop transfer of materials to the next production process.

1. The machine body casing is constructed from austenitic stainless steel, featuring a seamless design with no sanitary dead corners, uneven surfaces, or indentations, ensuring smoothness and easy cleaning.

2. The discharge valve is equipped with an anti-misoperation device, boasting reliable sealing performance. It is detachable for convenient cleaning and maintenance.

3. The bucket is fitted with a high-reliability sealing device, which ensures secure locking during operation, effectively preventing dust emission and material leakage.
