Fixed Lifting Material Transferring Machine Stable Performance For Pharma Production

This machine consists mainly of a base frame, vertical column, lifting system and turnover mechanism. During operation, the conical hopper is locked to the silo of the fluid bed granulator or fluid bed dryer. The lifting button is activated to raise the silo to the set position.

Pressing the turnover button allows the silo to rotate 180° and release the brake. The column can then be swiveled horizontally to the required process position, after which the silo is lowered to the operating height. The butterfly valve is opened to complete material transfer to the next production stage.

Developed by integrating advanced foreign technologies and adapting to domestic application conditions, this machine features a rational structure, stable performance and user-friendly operation. Its smooth, enclosed design eliminates sanitary dead zones and exposed screws.

Equipped with a discharge butterfly valve fitted with an anti-misoperation mechanism, the unit is easy to disassemble and clean, greatly enhancing production safety.
