Fixed Lifting Feeder For Pharmaceutical Production Line Material Handling

This equipment consists of a base frame, vertical column, lifting assembly and turning mechanism. In operation, the conical hopper is firmly fastened to its holder, and the lifting control is activated to raise the hopper to the preset position. After reaching the required height, the turning function is engaged to rotate the hopper 180 degrees. The column can then be rotated to align and seal with the downstream feeding unit, and the discharge butterfly valve is opened to achieve enclosed material delivery to the subsequent process.

The machine housing is made of austenitic stainless steel with a smooth, crevice-free surface, free of sanitary dead corners and protrusions, making it extremely easy to clean and sanitize.

The discharge valve includes an anti-misoperation safety structure, provides excellent sealing, and can be easily disassembled for thorough cleaning and maintenance.

The hopper is fitted with a robust sealing and locking system that ensures tight connection during operation, effectively suppressing dust and preventing material leakage.
