Built with an all-in-one frame design, this automated hopper mixing unit is assembled with a heavy-duty reinforced base, rotary blending mechanism, steady power transmission system, servo-driven lifting module, safety brake assembly and intelligent control system. To start production, operators simply place the material hopper at the designated position and activate the machine via user-friendly touchscreen controls. The equipment will then lift the hopper and lock it firmly in place automatically. Once the proximity sensor verifies reliable clamping, the main drive system starts the blending process following pre-set rotation speed and cycle settings.

When mixing finishes, the rotary unit returns precisely to its original vertical position, and the safety brake engages instantly to prevent positional offset. The lifting mechanism subsequently lowers the hopper back to its home position. All batch-related production data is captured and printed on a real-time basis during operation. After the whole unmanned working cycle comes to an end, the hopper can be safely removed and delivered to the next working station to maintain continuous and streamlined production flow.
