The HTD single-column hopper mixer adopts an integral reinforced mechanical structure, consisting of a stabilized rotary base, heavy-duty support frames, electric lifting modules and auto-turnover drive assemblies. The optimized structural layout enables ultra-smooth, low-vibration operation throughout the entire batching and material mixing process. Before startup, high-precision mechanical clamps firmly lock the material hopper in place, effectively eliminating displacement and vibration during high-speed homogenization and discharging.

Customized for GMP-grade pharmaceutical sanitary production, the industrial HTD hopper mixer lifts the locked hopper to a predefined height via automatic electric lifting. After precise positioning, the internal drive unit powers the hopper to complete a full 180° inversion. The continuous material tumbling motion delivers homogeneous blending and complete residue-free discharge, minimizing raw material loss and improving overall material utilization.

Equipped with a full-featured PLC intelligent control system, the HTD single-column hopper mixer streamlines complex on-site operations and supports real-time dynamic adjustment of multiple process parameters. It fully adapts to flexible modern pharmaceutical production, including frequent formula switching and variable batch production. Built with an integrated heavy-duty frame and GMP-compliant construction, the equipment offers responsive operation, low vibration and outstanding structural stability, maintaining consistent performance under strict sanitary manufacturing conditions.

In terms of mixing performance, it achieves mixing uniformity above 99% with a maximum filling coefficient of 0.8. All media-contact components adopt integral seamless molding with no cleaning dead zones, fully compliant with stringent GMP requirements for pharmaceutical and high-grade sanitary processing scenarios.
