Upon completion of material blending, the rotary mechanism automatically resets to the vertical origin position, with the safety brake system instantly activated to avoid positional deviation and equipment vibration. The lifting assembly then lowers the hopper to the initial placement position. Throughout the entire automated operation, the system synchronously collects, records and prints all batch production data in real time. After finishing the unmanned working loop, the hopper can be safely disassembled and transferred to the next process, realizing seamless docking and continuous streamlined production for industrial lines.
