Fixed Lifting Material Transferring and Granule Sizing Machine Stable Performance for Pharma Line
The machine consists of a fixed lifting and turning machine and a granulating machine. When working, lock the cone hopper with the silo of the equipped model. Lifting the silo and turning over the silo; Rotate the column horizontally to the required position, lower the silo to the working height, turn on the granulator, and turn on the butterfly valve to transfer the materials to the next process.
The machine has reasonable structure, stable performance,convenient operation and no exposed screws.This machine is equipped with discharge butterfly valve with anti-misoperation device, which is easy to disassemble and clean to ensure production safety.
It can be lifted to any process height along with the cone hopper,which is convenient for airtight docking with equipment in the next process, effectively controls dust and cross-contamination,optimizes the production process, and fully meets GMP requirements of pharmaceutical production.
