Column Type Hopper Blender For Fluidized Bed Granulator & Dryer Docking In Pharma

This equipment is composed of a base frame, vertical column, lifting mechanism and flipping system.

During operation, the conical hopper is securely connected and locked with the silo of the fluid bed granulator or fluid bed dryer.

Press the lifting button to elevate the silo, then turn on the flipping function to rotate the silo 180° and release the brake.

Rotate the column horizontally to the preset process position, lower the silo to the operating height, and open the butterfly valve to complete material transfer to the next procedure.
