Fixed Lifting Material Transferring Machine Fluidized Bed Granulator Docking Pharmaceutical Grade

This automatic lifting tilting feeder is assembled from four core modules: machine base, vertical support pillar, lifting drive assembly and turnover execution unit.

Before material transfer starts, operators fasten the tapered material hopper tightly onto the material bin of fluid bed granulators or fluid bed dryers via locking fittings.

After tapping the lifting control key, the material bin rises to the designated height automatically; users then trigger the turnover control to rotate the bin 180 degrees fully and unlock the positioning brake.

Adjust the support pillar horizontally to align with downstream equipment, lower the bin to the matched operating position, and open the pneumatic butterfly valve to deliver raw materials to subsequent processing links seamlessly.
