Fixed Lifting Granule Sizing Machine Meet Different Process Heights For Production
This machine is mainly composed of a vacuum conveying system, a buffer silo, a particle grading system, a lifting system and other functional components.
During operation, the vacuum conveying system is activated to generate negative pressure. Under this pressure, materials stored in the fluid bed silo are automatically sucked and transported through the pipeline into the buffer silo, which temporarily stores the materials to ensure stable and continuous feeding.
Once the buffer silo is fully loaded, the discharge butterfly valve opens automatically. Materials then flow evenly into the grading chamber, where the grading system screens and classifies them according to particle size standards.
Qualified particles that meet the process requirements pass through the grading mechanism and flow out smoothly into the designated collection hopper, completing the whole process of automatic vacuum feeding, buffering and precise particle grading.
