Automated Lifting & Mixing Bin Blender for Integrated Fluidized Bed Granulation Production Process
This intelligent automatic hopper mixing machine adopts an integrated structural configuration, composed of a reinforced heavy-load base, rotary homogenizing mechanism, stable power transmission system, servo lifting unit, safety brake component and smart control module. Before production starts, operators only need to place the material hopper at the specified position and start the device via the intuitive human-machine touch screen. The system will independently complete automatic lifting and rigid mechanical locking of the hopper. After the proximity sensor confirms firm and stable clamping status, the main driving unit executes the homogenization mixing procedure in line with preset rotational speed and working cycle parameters.
Upon completion of the mixing operation, the rotary assembly accurately resets to the vertical zero position with immediate safety braking to avoid position deviation. The lifting structure then automatically lowers the material hopper back to its initial station. Throughout the entire operation, production batch data is synchronously recorded and printed in real time. After the full unmanned working cycle is completed, the hopper can be safely detached and transferred to the subsequent production process for continuous streamlined manufacturing.
