When material homogenization is completed, the rotary assembly automatically returns to the original vertical position, while the safety brake system activates instantly to prevent position offset and mechanical vibration. The lifting structure then lowers the hopper back to its initial station. During the whole automated working cycle, the system conducts real-time collection, recording and printing of all batch production data to support quality traceability. After the unmanned operation is fully completed, the hopper can be safely detached and delivered to the subsequent process station, enabling seamless connection and continuous streamlined production for industrial processing lines.
