Specially developed for pharmaceutical sanitary production, this industrial hopper mixer utilizes automatic electric lifting to raise locked material hoppers to pre-set working positions. After accurate positioning, the built-in drive system drives the hopper to complete 180° full-angle flipping movement. This cyclic tumbling action realizes uniform material blending and thorough residue-free discharge, cutting raw material waste and improving material utilization rate.
Configured with a full-function PLC intelligent control system, the HTD single-column hopper mixer simplifies complicated on-site operation flows and supports real-time dynamic adjustment of multiple process parameters.
