This unit mainly comprises a rotating base, vertical column, lifting system and tipping mechanism. In operation, the material hopper is firmly held by the lifting clamp, and the lifting control is activated to raise the hopper to the preset position.

Using the tipping handle, the hopper can be fully inverted 180 degrees. Once its discharge outlet is aligned with the inlet of the downstream equipment, the butterfly valve opens to achieve smooth, enclosed material transfer to the next production stage.

Equipped with a PLC automatic control system for intuitive operation and flexible adjustment of process parameters.
