This automatic lifting hopper mixer is assembled with a solid base, rotary mixing unit, power drive system, auto lifting mechanism, safety brake device and intelligent control system. In operation, users place the mixing hopper in position and confirm the start command via touch screen. The hopper is automatically lifted and securely locked. Once the sensor detects firm clamping, the system starts mixing according to preset speed and time settings. After mixing completes, the rotary unit stops accurately at the vertical position with reliable braking. The hopper is then lowered automatically, while the system records and prints full production data. Finally, the hopper can be safely unloaded and transferred to the next process.
